Lately I have been noticing a lot of people with fragmented root chakras. This energy center is our foundation our connection to the earth the energy center to which all of our other energy centers rely on to function correctly. It is no surprise that at this time in my classes and one on one sessions with clients that I am seeing so many fragmented root chakra energy centers. We are living in a time where there is a lot of confusion and uncertainty. Old roles and responsibilities have been taken away or changed. We are in a massive period of change and shift and this is causing a lot of people to feel disconnected, afraid, and in lack, as if the rug has been pulled from under their feet.
This meditation I have used numerous times to assist people in shifting out of the fear energy of doubt, anger and resistance and shifting back into the energy field of love. Through the energy love we are stable, safe, secure and can reconnect to the earth and our bodies. When we are connected to the earth and back into our bodies we are happy, joyful, prosperous and healthy. That is why these sort of meditations are so important and I have been guided to offer them to a much larger audience. As we end 2009 and get ready to focus on 2010 it is a great time to bring back the pieces of the root chakra and firmly plant our feet on this wonderful 3rd dimensional plain as whole light beings.
