Past Life Healing Meditation

One of the things that strikes me the most about past life work is that it is not so much a problem, issue or person that is at the forefront of our past life concerns but an energy. Sometimes this energy runs like a continuum while we are both in form and out of form, until it finally makes its way to the forefront of our experience. It is only when we identify it in our current experience as a form of resistance or blockage that we usually want to explore this energy further. Pull it apart examine it and see where it come from and most importantly how do we clear it.

This in my opinion is the only time we should be delving into past life experience, as it is in the here and now. We are not trying to clear something that is dormant or hidden but something that has true archetypal representation in our now time. It is through this identification process that you will take this energy into the meditation and back to the place of its origin. Let the collective and the angels take you on a journey of self discovery. Back to where this energy embedded it self into your DNA. Use the tools given to you throughout this guided meditation to assist in both your energy clearing and your soul healing.

Root Chakra Meditation

Lately I have been noticing a lot of people with fragmented root chakras. This energy center is our foundation our connection to the earth the energy center to which all of our other energy centers rely on to function correctly. It is no surprise that at this time in my classes and one on one sessions with clients that I am seeing so many fragmented root chakra energy centers. We are living in a time where there is a lot of confusion and uncertainty. Old roles and responsibilities have been taken away or changed. We are in a massive period of change and shift and this is causing a lot of people to feel disconnected, afraid, and in lack, as if the rug has been pulled from under their feet.


This meditation I have used numerous times to assist people in shifting out of the fear energy of doubt, anger and resistance and shifting back into the energy field of love. Through the energy love we are stable, safe, secure and can reconnect to the earth and our bodies. When we are connected to the earth and back into our bodies we are happy, joyful, prosperous and healthy. That is why these sort of meditations are so important and I have been guided to offer them to a much larger audience. As we end 2009 and get ready to focus on 2010 it is a great time to bring back the pieces of the root chakra and firmly plant our feet on this wonderful 3rd dimensional plain as whole light beings.
